Scientist (Immunology) - CRO - South West England

Would you like to work for an organisation that has a leading focus on drug discovery and development?

A Contract Research Organisation based in the South West of England which works with the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry to design and carry out programmes to determine drug efficacy and mechanism of action is seeking to appoint a Scientist to join the Cell Biology team.

The Scientist will report into the Chief Scientific Officer who is renowned for their work in the field of immunology. The Scientist will have a strong background in immunology or cell biology with previous experience in techniques such as cell culture, flow cytometry and ELISA.

This is a great opportunity for a Scientist to work in state of the art facilities. The Scientist will have exposure to other parts of the business and will be working very closely with the CSO, the other Senior/Principal Scientist. They are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, as part of a team in which everyone is involved in new and exciting projects that could revolutionise treatments for diseases. The ideal candidate will have: Life science qualification ideally in Cell biology, immunology or related discipline Have a clear understanding of drug discovery and development Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple teams

Good knowledge of techniques such as flow cytometry, ELISA, cell culture
