Quality Director (GDP, GMP)

Quality Director Role and Company Overview:

Take complete ownership of the Quality department in a world leader within the Pharmaceuticals industry, and take your career to the next level. If you have experience driving quality and leading your team to success within the Pharmaceuticals field, this role will provide you with the opportunity to excel at an international level.

Based in their North Oxfordshire site, you'll have a national remit, reporting straight in to the VP of global quality. You'll maintain a clear vision for both the regional and national strategy, which both promotes commercial success and develops customer relationships. As Quality Director, you'll be the expert in your field, acting as both a role model and the go to person for subject matter enquiries.

Eligibility as a Qualified Person (QP) would be an extremely desirable, as you'll be working closely with the QPs to embed the key, strategic BAU activity.

Ultimately, you will be the leader for the Quality Management Systems in the UK, ensuring it meets and exceeds the standards required by the company, the customers, and the regulatory bodies. This role will provide you with the platform to develop both yourself and the company, taking your career to new heights.

Essential:

  • Experience within Pharmaceuticals
  • Hands on experience of GxP
  • Proven success leading a team
  • Experience managing strategic change
  • Leading projects at a regional or national level
