As a Sr. Complain Handling Specialist you will be responsible for handling to complaints and inquiries appropriately and train to become the next QA Manager.
- Handling complaints and inquiries in terms of the Call Center
- Ensuring accurate and sufficient data entry into GPCMS
- Assist in management of the outsource in terms of the Call Center and GPCMS
- In charge of updating / revising SOPs and manuals
